McCallum-Turner has facilitated planning sessions to identify improvement initiatives for performance based management processes and systems; has evaluated the effectiveness of existing business planning and assessment processes and systems; has developed system improvements; and has given numerous presentations on the overall, holistic process of performance management.
McCallum-Turner has provided such support to several large, multi-purpose Department of Energy (DOE) National Laboratory clients, other public sector entities, and selected commercial clients.
